Annual Meeting of Members
The Annual Meeting of Members is an annual meeting of all HOA members to discuss our finances, budget, projects and other news from the previous year. We began the online format in 2020 and plan to continue posting all documents on our website from here forward. You can access all Board updates and conduct all business here on this site by following the dropdown menu under this Annual Meetings tab.
We so appreciate your annual support with participation in this meeting and as a paying HOA member.
Interested in Being a Board Member?
The HOA Board meets at least once every quarter. The location changes and will generally be hosted in the home of a Board member with the exception of the Annual Meeting of Members which is held at centralized location in Issaquah. Any members interested in being on the Board must email the Board.
There are 7 Board Members each year. The commitment is around 2 – 5 hours a quarter based on position.

The Annual Meeting has been held each March/April in the recent past as our bylaws require our Annual Meeting to be held in the second quarter of each year.
