Rich Loudon
My name is Rich Loudon and I would like to be considered for re-election for another term as a Board Member for the Overdale Park HOA Board. My wife Sara and I have been residents of Overdale Park for over 20 years and raised four children in our wonderful neighborhood. I graduated from the University of Washington and served in the military as a carrier-based navy FA-18 pilot. I am currently a Captain and Instructor Evaluator at Alaska Airlines, my employer of 28 years. Having served as the Board President and a Board Vice President it has been a privilege to work for my community and serve alongside an amazingly talented and experienced group of professionals in our quest to manage HOA affairs efficiently and with transparency in hopes of building trust and promoting community. I would be honored to serve another term on the Board.
Stephanie Watrous
Please consider electing me to another term as your Overdale Park Board member. My husband, Ken, and I moved our family to Overdale Park in 2009. We have loved every minute living in this friendly, quiet neighborhood so close to downtown. I am a 5th grade teacher here in Issaquah. I have been a Board member for the past eight years and your Treasurer since 2021. I am very proud of what the Board has done to strengthen our community and instill trust in the Board. I have also enjoyed getting to know my neighbors better and helping to coordinate many social events. I would be honored to continue to serve as a Board member for another term.
