This website is maintained by Overdale Homeowners Association (“HOA”), a Washington non-profit corporation formed in 1979.
Who’s Eligible for HOA Membership?
Membership in the HOA is open to any lot owner in the Overdale Park plat sections I, II and III upon written request. Property owners of the near perimeter, who share the common interests of Overdale Park residents, may also request membership. Requests for membership from property owners of the near perimeter are subject to the approval of the HOA Board, per the HOA’s Bylaws.

Electronic Communications
To save money on postage, time for our board, and a few trees we offer the opportunity to sign up for electronic communications. To authorize us to send official communications via email instead of the US Postal Service please complete and submit the E-Consent Authorization.
Request for Annual Contribution
Since the 2014 calendar year, members have been asked for a Contribution of $280/membership to cover the basic annual operating expenses of the HOA including insurance, park and monument maintenance, property taxes, utilities, website, accounting and office supply costs. Quarterly Contribution Requests of $70 are mailed with a remittance form. Members are asked to make their quarterly contribution of $70 by March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. If a member pays the entire year’s Contribution at any time, further quarterly contribution requests will not be mailed. Any payments received after December 31 will be applied to the following year’s Contribution Request amount.

If you wish to voluntarily withdraw your membership in the Overdale Homeowners Association, please print out and complete the Voluntary Withdrawal Request.
