The 2023 Annual Meeting of Members was done through our website. A live meeting through Zoom was held on March 23rd, 2023.
16 HOA member households participated in the 2023 Annual Meeting of Members.
No questions, comments or concerns were submitted through the online voting process form.
Members were encouraged to access this information and conduct all business on the website. Members had over 10 days to complete the online form to permit the meeting to be counted. The meeting documents and online form were as follows:

5. 2023 Board Elections – We had four (4) positions up for election. The candidates were Nick Abdelnour, John Hankerson, Amber Malmgren and Annie Piñeyro. All candidates won their election.

The following items were discussed at the Zoom Meeting:
1. Neighborhood Watch Update – Mike Tjosvold
The cameras are installed on 56th and will be installed on SE 58th within the next year.
2. Slack channel
Neighbors can get updates on ongoing neighborhood information, general and urgent. Heidi Scholz is heading up the effort. Please contact the Board if you would like to join.
3. Membership
We hope to do a membership drive this year in order to gain more paying members. More paying members would make us a thriving vs. a sustaining organization and would enable us to do more for our neighbors and the neighborhood.
The meeting closed at 11:59 on April 2nd, 2023. Documents could still be viewed on the website, but all voting ended at that time.
