The profiles of the 2022 Board electoral candidates are below. Each term is 2 years and the exact position held by each elected member will be determined by all elected Board Members based on each electorates interests and skills.

Stephanie Watrous

Please consider electing me to another term as your Overdale Park board member. My husband, Ken, and I moved our family to Overdale Park in 2009. We have loved every minute living in this friendly, quiet neighborhood so close to downtown. My husband and I enjoy walking the neighborhood with our 2 very big dogs and meeting neighbors. I have been a teacher here in Issaquah for the last 18 years with the last 5 in the Issaquah School District. I have been a board member for the pat eight years and I am very proud of the things we have done to strengthen our community and instill trust in the board. I have served as a Vice President, Treasurer and have been part of the Social Committee. I would be honored to continue to serve as a board member for another term.

Rich Loudon

My name is Rich Loudon and I would like to be considered for re-election for another term as a Board Member for the Overdale Park HOA Board, My wife Sara and I have been residents of Overdale Park for 24 years and raised four children in our wonderful neighborhood. I graduated from the University of Washington and served in the military as a carrier-based Navy FA-18 pilot. I am currently a line Captain, Check Pilot for Alaska Airlines, my employer of 28 years. Having served three terms as the Board Vice President and two as the President, it has been a privilege to work for my community and serve alongside an amazingly talented and experienced group of professional in our quest to manage HOA affairs efficiently and with transparency in hopes of building trust and promoting community. I would be honored to serve another term on the board.

Lindsay Frickle

My name is Lindsay Frickle, and I would like to be considered for a spot on the Overdale Park board. My husband Marc and our two children (Teddy and Lillian) have lived in Overdale Park for a little over three years and we love this neighborhood. We’ve made friends with a few families and have really enjoyed socializing in our community. I would like to get to know more folks and help improve our neighborhood through board service. I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector for almost 20 years and have served on and worked with several boards. Over the past few years I served as Executive Director of the Issaquah Alps Trails Club working directly with their board, the City of Issaquah, and various community organizations. I recently moved on to a new opportunity as Advancement Director for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for the Pacific Northwest region. In this full time role, I work closely with our regional boards and steward relationships with the organization’s most impactful donors. I would be delighted to utilize my professional experience as a member of the Overdale Park Board.
